LinkedIn marketing that opens conversations with named buyers.
Outbound to named decision-makers — researched, sequenced and booked straight into your sales calendar.
Connection requests are not a pipeline.
The default LinkedIn playbook is to connect with everyone, pitch on acceptance and measure success in connection count. Senior buyers have seen that message several hundred times. It gets ignored, and it costs you the account for the next twelve months.
- Automated pitches sent within seconds of a connection being accepted
- Lists built on job title alone, with no trigger or reason to reach out now
- A founder profile that reads like a CV instead of a point of view
- Replies arriving with nobody assigned to answer them the same day
How we run LinkedIn Lead Generation.
We treat LinkedIn as a database, not a feed. Accounts are defined, contacts are verified, and conversations are opened by a human-sounding sequence built on a relevant reason to reach out. Alongside it, we build founder authority — because in B2B, people buy from the person before they buy from the company.
Everything below is in scope from month one.
- Account and contact list building from your ICP
- Sales Navigator research and trigger-based segmentation
- Connection, conversation and follow-up sequences
- Founder profile positioning and ghostwritten posts
- Objection handling and qualification framework
- Appointment setting and CRM handover
Three moves. One machine.
Map the market
We define the accounts worth winning in your sector, then build a verified data set of the people who actually sign — with the buying signals that say who is worth approaching now.
Build the system
Sending infrastructure, deliverability, multi-channel sequences and deep personalisation — assembled as one machine and tested before it carries your name at volume.
Scale what converts
Every reply is tracked. We double down on the channels and segments producing pipeline, cut the ones that don't, and report on meetings booked rather than impressions served.
Before you book the call.
Do you post from our founder's profile or a company page?
Both, with different jobs. The founder profile carries point of view and earns the reach — personal profiles consistently out-perform company pages. The company page carries proof, case studies and product substance for the buyer who checks you out afterwards.
Is automated outreach against LinkedIn's terms?
Aggressive automation risks restriction, so we work within human-rate limits from warmed profiles rather than blasting from tools that trip detection. Volume is deliberately capped. The trade-off is fewer touches at meaningfully higher reply rates.
Who writes the founder's posts?
We do, from structured interviews with your founder, and it stays in their voice. Nothing publishes without approval. The raw material is what they already know — the posts that work are the opinions they have on a Tuesday, written down properly.
What reply rate should we expect?
On a well-researched list with a genuine trigger, healthy is 15–25% reply and roughly a third of those converting to a conversation. Anyone quoting far above that is either counting auto-replies or working a very small, very warm list.
