B2B marketing for manufacturers & exporters.
Trade shows and referrals are not a pipeline — they are a calendar. We build the outbound system that reaches procurement heads, sourcing managers and distributors between exhibitions, in the markets you want to grow into.
Two good exhibitions a year is not a growth plan.
Most manufacturers we meet have a strong product, a healthy order book from a handful of long-standing buyers, and no way to add new ones on purpose. Growth depends on trade shows, agents and word of mouth — all of which are outside your control, and all of which go quiet at exactly the wrong time.
- Revenue concentrated in a few buyers, with real exposure if one leaves
- Enquiries from traders and intermediaries rather than the actual sourcing decision-maker
- No structured follow-up on the business cards collected at the last exhibition
- Export ambitions with no route to buyers in the target market
Built for Manufacturing.
The same four channels, rewritten around the way your buyers actually decide.
Buyer Discovery for Domestic & Export Markets
We build verified lists of the companies that actually buy your category — by product line, import history, plant location and company size — and identify the sourcing manager or procurement head by name, so outreach lands with the person who raises the RFQ.
RFQ-Driven Email Sequences
Written for procurement, not for marketing. Certifications, capacity, lead times, MOQ and unit economics stated plainly, with the specification sheet one click away. Segmented by buyer type so an OEM, a distributor and a trading house each get the case that applies to them.
LinkedIn Outreach to Procurement & Supply Chain
Direct conversations with sourcing, supply chain and category managers at target accounts, supported by content that shows plant capability, quality systems and export credentials. This is how you get considered before the RFQ goes out, not after.
WhatsApp Catalogue & Sample Follow-Up
Catalogues get sent and then go quiet. We run structured follow-up that shares product media, tracks sample dispatch and keeps the buyer engaged through the evaluation period — the stage where most manufacturer deals quietly die.
Everything below is in scope from month one.
- Verified buyer list by product category, market and import behaviour
- Named procurement and sourcing contacts at target accounts
- Email infrastructure with dedicated domains and deliverability monitoring
- Specification-led sequences segmented by buyer type
- WhatsApp follow-up for catalogues, samples and quotations
- Weekly reporting on enquiries, RFQs and quoted value
Three moves. One machine.
Map the market
We define the accounts worth winning in your sector, then build a verified data set of the people who actually sign — with the buying signals that say who is worth approaching now.
Build the system
Sending infrastructure, deliverability, multi-channel sequences and deep personalisation — assembled as one machine and tested before it carries your name at volume.
Scale what converts
Every reply is tracked. We double down on the channels and segments producing pipeline, cut the ones that don't, and report on meetings booked rather than impressions served.
Before you book the call.
We sell through distributors. Can you help us recruit more?
Yes, and it is one of the highest-return campaigns we run for manufacturers. Recruiting channel partners is a B2B sale like any other — we build the list of distributors and dealers active in your category and territory, and run sequences built around margin, territory protection and support rather than product features.
Can you reach international buyers?
Yes. We build export buyer lists using import data and company filings in the target market, and adapt messaging and sending schedules to that region. We are direct about where this is harder — some markets are relationship-gated and outbound opens the door rather than closing the deal.
Our product is highly technical. Will generic outreach work?
It will not, which is why we do not send it. Onboarding covers your specifications, tolerances, certifications and the objections your sales team hears most, and the sequences are written from that. For technical categories, specificity is the thing that earns the reply.
How do you handle enquiries from traders and middlemen?
We qualify before a meeting is confirmed — end use, volume, decision authority and whether they are buying for themselves or brokering. You can also tell us to exclude intermediaries entirely, and we will filter the list accordingly.
Does this replace our trade show spend?
It makes it work harder. Exhibitions are excellent for meeting buyers and terrible for following up with them. We run pre-show sequences to book meetings at your stand and post-show sequences so the cards you collect turn into quotations instead of a stack in a drawer.
Design. Scale. Dominate.
Tell us where you want the pipeline to be in ninety days. We'll build the system that gets you there.
